    The Victorinox Fibrox Pro 10" Cimeter Knife is a professional quality butchering knife. The 10" Cimeter Knife is ideal for boning out or separating larger sections of meat into smaller roasts, racks and other cuts. The Cimeter has a long, bolsterless blade that curves upward with the spine at the tip. This design excels at precise and even delicate slicing into seams to divide sections and seperate joints. The blade can also be effective for slicing cooked meats, such as barbecued brisket or ribs. Fibrox Pro knives undergo a special ice tempering process that improves the blades' sharpness and ability to take a new edge before they are hand finished at Victorinox in Switzerland by skilled craftsmen. The Fibrox Series also boasts the beloved "Comfort Grip" handle that is textured for grip, comfortable and hygienic. Dishwasher safe but hand washing is recommended. Manufacturer's lifetime warranty.
