Fantastic look! The chrome angled legs really add some class.I love the color, like the small size and the fact it is easy to use. I use it to warm up foods. For those of you who actually 'cook' meals in the micro, the User Manual explains all the ways you can use settings to get the result you want. This has added a touch of class to my kitchen. I am so glad I did not get the usual style microwave (ie - looks like a box w/controls on the front sitting on the counter).Excellent price too!
~*.M*********A.*~I won't lie. It was hard for me to part ways with my candy apply red microwave that has been with me 4.5 years. I purchased that microwave brand new but unfortunately it just wasn't heating up like it used to and the paint inside of it was chipping so I was on the hunt for a replacement. Red is my favorite color and I love all things vintage I also wanted something to match my kettle as well as my toaster and it was so meant for me to run across this microwave. Super cute color and I love the old school feel of it. Microwave is smaller than what I'm used to but I tried it out and it works great. Heats up food nicely and settings are easy to figure out. They have all sorts of colors too so if red is not your thing then I'm sure there's another color that will suit the style you want.
T***isI grabbed the large 800-watt version because it went on sale. I'm glad I did because so far everything I've put in it just barely fit especially full-sized bags of ACT II popcorn. I snagged it to compliment my theater room and my retro mini fridge, and it has played the part perfectly. An early observation, in comparison to a 1000-watt microwave, I've had to add about 30-45 seconds to anything I heat up which isn’t a big deal but figured it was worth a mention to anyone wondering about its power output. If you are accustomed to the typical number pad that you see on a microwave the dial on this microwave will take a bit of an adjustment. When I first used the dial, I was a bit on the fence, but after a few uses it becomes a non-issue and has won me over. I looked at the positive side and said, “yahoo no unsightly finger smudges.”Overall, I am very happy with this purchase, it looks and feels well-made and absolutely love the sleek retro design.
