    I really enjoy my new griddle. Being that I have back problems and being paid I get tired of getting up getting down going to the stove sitting back down. I said let me get a griddle I could just sit at the table and cook all my food at the table which I did. I made some french toast and some bacon home fries I made on the stove. But the heat distribution is pretty good but what I noticed is in order for it to heat up really hot it seems as though I had to turn it to the highest heat which was 400 then I will have to turn it down cuz it would be too hot. But don't hesitate in buying it because I love it I'm enjoying it. Then you don't have to worry about washing a lot of pots and pans and dishes. This was also easy to clean I just took my spatula and just slid the bacon grease into the grease catcher didn't make a mess or anything and it was very simple. This is nice too because you don't have to worry about having your house too hot in the kitchen you already had a heat on if it's the winter time and then having a stove on cooking makes more heat. So this is so efficient to have.
